The Tax Resolution Academy® member directory is a benefit for active members. Your listing is included at no extra cost.
First time here? There are two ways in.
Both create your account. Which one you can use depends on who runs the email your Academy membership is under. Read the note under each button and pick the one that matches, otherwise you will go round in circles.
Only use this if your Academy email is Gmail or Google Workspace. If it is Outlook, Microsoft 365, Proton, Yahoo, AOL, Comcast or your own firm mail server, Google cannot sign you in with it. It will not tell you that. It just drops you back on the "Choose an account" screen, which looks broken but is not. Slightly over half of our members are in this position, so if that happens to you, nothing is wrong. Come back here and use the email and password button below.
Do not sign in with a personal Gmail just because it is the one Google offers you. It will let you in and then stop you at the membership check.
The next page opens on a sign-in form. Do not type a password into it. Look underneath the form and click "Need an account? Sign up" first. You do not have a password yet, and you are about to create one.
Either way, use the email address your Academy membership is under. That is the address we check your membership against.
Seeing "Invalid email or password"?
It means no account exists on that email address yet, so there is no password to get right. Clearing your cache or trying another browser will not change it. Come back here and use Continue with Google, or click Sign up on the sign-in page. If you are certain you registered before, use Forgot password rather than guessing.
Which email address should I use?
The one you sign in to the member community with. If you have more than one address on file with us, the wrong one will let you create an account and then stop you at the membership check, which is confusing. Not sure which it is? Email support and we will look it up for you.

A listing in this directory comes with membership at no extra cost. Your profile is public and searchable, it screens prospects with your own intake questions before they reach your calendar, and it is built to be read by search engines and AI assistants, not just by people.
What the Certified Taxpayer Representative™ designation is
CTR™ is awarded by the Academy to members who complete the representation curriculum, document real casework, and pass a proctored examination. It is not a license to practice and it is not issued by the IRS.
What it does for you is simple. CTR™ holders are listed above everyone else in every directory search. And when a taxpayer is looking at several names and has no way to tell them apart, it gives them a reason to pick yours.
