The Tax Resolution Academy® member directory is a benefit for active members. Your listing is included at no extra cost.
First time here? Start with this.
- Click the green button below. It opens the sign-in page.
- On that page choose Sign up, or Continue with Google. Do not type a password into the sign-in form. You do not have one yet.
- Use the email address your Academy membership is under. That is the address we check your membership against.
Seeing "Invalid email or password"?
It means no account exists on that email address yet, so there is no password to get right. Clearing your cache or trying another browser will not change it. Go back and choose Sign up. If you are certain you registered before, use Forgot password on the sign-in page rather than guessing.
Which email address should I use?
The one you sign in to the member community with. If you have more than one address on file with us, the wrong one will let you create an account and then stop you at the membership check, which is confusing. Not sure which it is? Email support and we will look it up for you.

Tax Resolution Academy® trains licensed CPAs, Enrolled Agents, and tax attorneys to represent taxpayers in front of the IRS. Collections, examinations, and appeals. The work most preparers hand off because nobody ever taught them how to do it.
A listing in this directory comes with membership at no extra cost. Your profile is public and searchable, it screens prospects with your own intake questions before they reach your calendar, and it is built to be read by search engines and AI assistants, not just by people.
What the Certified Taxpayer Representative™ designation is
CTR™ is awarded by the Academy to members who complete the representation curriculum, document real casework, and pass a proctored examination. It is not a license to practice and it is not issued by the IRS.
What it does for you is simple. CTR™ holders are listed above everyone else in every directory search. And when a taxpayer is looking at several names and has no way to tell them apart, it gives them a reason to pick yours.
